Phil started with Graham Contracting the same day as LJ Bergen in 1996, and he too has been running projects for happy customers just as long. Phil grew up in Gardiner and now lives with his wife in Marlborough. Recently, Phil has discovered that there is a world beyond Massachusetts, and has begun exploring such exotic destinations as Florida.
