Basement Remodel, Brookline MA

This began as a large, empty, walk-out basement in a fairly new house. It was riddled with lally columns supporting the complex structure upstairs. The careful design leaves all the structure in logical and unobtrusive spaces. It features three distinct areas - pool table, serving bar, and electronic entertainment area. A subsequent project added a workout room with ballet bar, large machine, and free weight areas.
