If you choose us on a design/build basis, we will bring to the process an experienced, creative, and cost-effective architect. One of our project coordinators will work on the team to pursue product information and track the cost ramifications of the design. The team will listen to your ideas, your needs, your tastes and your budget. Then, working closely with you, will develop a design that interprets and reflects your goals.

Typically Graham Contracting manages all aspects of construction, from permits to final inspection and professional cleaning, with our own skilled crew and subcontractors. Long term follow-up and attentive, responsive service are the foundation of our reputation. We will work with you on a fixed price or time and materials basis, depending on your preference and/or the nature of the work.
